Humble House Foods is a progressive and local company pioneering the way for future generations in fine food. Our hearts lie with forging relationships and teaching our employees, as well as customers and community about excellence in conventional artisan foods. Luis Morales & his wife Marsha are an ambitious young couple that own & operate Humble House Foods. Luis graduated from the CIA San Antonio campus in 2007 and had a dream to own his own business in food. Marsha as well as Luis has worked in the food industry at various hotels, restaurants, and country clubs. They decided in May of 2009 to open HHF and have been thriving ever since. This is because HHF is San Antonio's one stop shop for everything AWESOME!!!

Our classes are held at our facility near down town. Classes are hands on and a ton of fun. We will make two different cheeses, and eat them in dinner. classes are kept to a maximum of 10 people so that each student will have one on one time with the instructor. The cost of the class is $75.00 per person and lasts about three hours.
